Amazing staff, past and present. no complaints whatsoever, the maintenance staff is always on point, the location cannot be beat. the neighborhood is what you expect in this area, a little bit of everything, but overall very convenient and close to everything, I would recommend Park Meridian to anyone looking for a new home around this area
